1. Acceptance

By accessing FullOnMobile websites, H5 experiences, memberships, APIs, or SDKs operated by Easturing Limited, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

We provide AI virtual try-on, outfit recommendation, related commerce links, membership features, and B-end SDK/API licensing. AI outputs are probabilistic; visual results may differ from physical garments. Affiliate product purchases may be fulfilled by third parties.

3. Accounts & membership

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Paid memberships unlock quotas (e.g. unlimited try-ons, premium reports, HD export) as described at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass API authentication, quotas, or anti-abuse controls.
Do not upload unlawful content or images you lack rights to process.
Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except under a written partner agreement.
Merchants must display required privacy notices for portrait processing.

5. Merchant & API terms

API call packages, annual licenses, and private deployments are governed by order forms and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. Unused prepaid calls may expire per plan terms. We may suspend keys that threaten platform stability or security.

6. Intellectual property

FullOnMobile software, models, and branding remain our property. Merchants retain rights to their garment assets. You grant us a limited license to process uploaded media to deliver the service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for third-party storefronts, payment processors, or offline hardware partners. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse of GPU resources, or legal risk.
